ISW reveals how the Kremlin is using the Belarusian military-industrial complex to strengthen the Russian army

Belarusian enterprises are ready to help the Russian army with the support of Russian technology.
ISW previously reported that Russian troops have started using Belarusian training grounds and instructors to train mobilised Russians to compensate for Russia's deteriorating training capacity.
The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) in its report said:
Lukashenko has said that Belarus is 100 per cent implementing the vague defence and security cooperation agreements that Belarus and Russia agreed on three months ago.
the Kremlin is similarly using elements of Belarusian defence capabilities to boost Russian defence production:
Additional Su-25s and truck parts are probably not critical to the success of Russia's long-term military effort. Despite Lukashenko's claims, the Kremlin may seize Belarusian factories and retool them to produce critical equipment needed by the Russian military. The Russians may also try to repurpose Russian factories that are currently engaged or equipped to produce Su-25s and trucks, to produce more urgently needed equipment.
Analysts also note that Lukashenko has also said that Belarus' state-owned Minsk Automobile Plant has begun producing components for Russia's KAMAZ and has expressed readiness to help Russia produce electronic components to replace lost Western imports.
