Russia and Belarus hold military staff exercises again

The Russian and Belarusian militaries will learn how to use their troops in a military conflict.
This was reported by the press service of the Belarusian Defence Ministry.
According to this information, a two-week joint staff training of the so-called Joint Command of the Regional Group of Forces has started in Belarus with the Russians.
Within a week representatives of the military departments of the two countries will work on the issues of joint planning of the use of troops on the basis of the experience of the recent armed conflicts on the topic: "Decision making on the use of a regional grouping of troops (forces) for ensuring military security of the Union State.
This exercise is aimed at increasing the compatibility of the military command and control bodies of the two states. This could be another stage for the synchronisation of the command and control bodies of the two states. The result should be that Russia will simply absorb Belarus, despite the formal name "Union State".
