Eyewitnesses report two explosions in Khmelnitsky


Russian troops launched a rocket attack on Ukraine on Saturday morning.
On Saturday morning, 18 February, there was an explosion in Khmelnytskyy, the head of the Khmelnytskyy regional state administration, Serhiy Gamaliy, said on his Telegram.
There was an explosion in Khmelnytskyy! Stay inside shelters," he said.
He later added that there was another explosion in the city.
He did not specify whether it was air strikes or air defence.
Meanwhile, Vitaly Kim, head of the Mykolayiv regional state administration, said that air defences were operating in the region, he wrote in his Telegram Channel.
Before that, Kim reported two "unknown targets" moving into western Ukraine
Two unidentified targets are leaving the region in the northwest. They are flying to the west (direction)," the head of the Mykolaiv UIA wrote.
