A declaration recognising Russian aggression against Ukraine as genocide was adopted at the Assembly in Luxembourg.

This was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration.

The Parliamentary Assembly also recognized the regime in the Russian Federation as Rashism.

In particular, the declaration supports the setting up of an international tribunal, assistance to Ukraine before and after the victory. As well as condemning Russian ideology and the full restoration of Ukrainian territorial integrity," it said.

It is noted that the assembly calls on member states to agree concrete steps for Ukraine's accession to NATO and to announce it at the summit in Vilnius.
