Malyar talks about Russian activity on Bakhmut direction

On the flanks to the north and south of Bakhmut, the AFU has made little progress.
This was reported by Deputy Defence Minister Anna Malyar on Telegram.
According to Malyar, the Russian offensive has slightly decreased near Bakhmut. Ukrainian defenders continue to control the outskirts of the city in the "Samoleta" area.
During this day, the activity of the enemy offensive in the Bakhmut direction has slightly decreased. At the same time the number of shelling is steadily high. In the town of Bakhmut the fighting has decreased, the enemy continues to mop up the areas it has taken control of.
Also, according to Malyar, the enemy is now trying to take advantageous positions, but the AFU is preventing it from doing so.
She said that the Ukrainian defenders have made little progress on the flanks to the north and south of Bakhmut.
