Civilians, including a child, removed from Bakhmut

During the bombing, the girl was drawing and dreaming of the internet.
Peaceful people are still under constant shelling by Russian invaders in Bakhmut. The Armed Forces and law enforcers managed to evacuate 10 people from the city, including a 14-year-old girl, Alina. This was reported by the Interior Ministry.
The civilians did not want to leave the city for a long time, but made the decision to evacuate when the line of fire approached their homes.
The rescue operation was difficult because of the road among the mines and under fire from the occupants. The evacuated residents, including 14-year-old Alina and her parents, are now safe," the Interior Ministry said.
The girl herself said that for a long time she and other hostages of the situation did not go outside and did not see the sun. While sitting in the basement, she was drawing and dreaming of contacting the outside world.
The father of the rescued girl said he was shocked at what his city had become.
If there is a hell, it is in Bakhmut. On the eve of our departure, in the evening, Russian troops shelled the town with incendiary shells. We smelled a very acrid smell. I put on my mask, looked outside, and everything was on fire. Thank God we got out of there," said Alina's father.
It should be noted that fighting for Bakhmut continues. Ukrainian troops have taken the town in a semicircle. They continue to control part of the city.
