Dmitry Kuleba urged to bring to justice those responsible for crimes against Ukraine.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmitry Kuleba, said that Putin decided to start a full-scale war against Ukraine deliberately. He wrote about this on Twitter.
Putin has publicly confessed to the crime of aggression against Ukraine: "We did it deliberately." I again call on all states to support the establishment of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. A crime in sight. Justice must prevail, - said Kuleba.
Putin said that Russia allegedly responded "mirror" to help the residents of Donbas.
