CEC: adopted a number of decisions to make it harder for Russians to prepare for pseudo-referendums

According to the head of the Central Election Commission, Oleg Didenko, this will protect the personal data of Ukrainians and complicate the preparation of pseudo-referendums for Russians. This was reported by "Babel," referring to the comments of Oleg Didenko.
