General Staff: Air Force destroys nine Russian-fired "shahedin" overnight

A briefing from the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Facebook said:

The enemy deployed 10 Shaked-136 strike UAVs to carry out air strikes, nine of which were destroyed by our defenders.

At the same time, the General Staff reported that the enemy, using S-300 air defence systems, launched 9 missile launches at Kharkiv's civilian infrastructure during the night.

Air Force spokesman Colonel Yuriy Ihnat said in a commentary to Ukrayinska Pravda that up to a dozen Shakheds flew in from the north. The enemy fired several missiles from S-300 air defence systems at Kharkiv from the Belgorod Region.
