Evacuation of Ukrainians may be carried out in four more regions

The so-called "referenda" can push Ukrainians to "escape" from the occupied territory.
The evacuation of Ukrainians can be carried out in four more regions - Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporozhye, warned ex-Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons Georgiy Tuka. He spoke about this in an interview with The Observer .
The so-called "referendums" that Russia wants to hold in the occupied territories can take place very soon, the Kremlin wants to coincide with them on September 11 (United Voting Day in Russia). Against this background, the evacuation can be carried out not only for residents of the Donetsk region," he said.
He also noted that in the front-line zones and in the occupied territories it can be simply dangerous. In addition, in this part of the country big problems with heating, electricity and water are expected in winter. He stressed that it is “highly desirable” to leave these territories.
If we recall the long-forgotten Soviet times, there was a sector called civil defense. And it provided for the mandatory evacuation of the civilian population not on the principle of “I want - I don’t want, I will - I won’t”, but without fail, ” he said and added that such actions are not currently provided for by law in Ukraine.
Tuka added that in the current conditions it is pointless to talk about negotiations with Russia. According to him, the only possible subject for negotiations with the enemy is the liberation of the occupied territories and the payment of reparations.
