AFU reveals what is happening on northern border


Ukraine's armed forces are ready to meet the enemy.
Ukrainian soldiers are ready to defend the Northern operating zone and are in a state of constant training, the United Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine command has said, citing Lt-Gen Serhiy Naev, commander of the United Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to him, the Ukrainian defenders are constantly training and preparing for any future scenarios, including repelling enemy attacks if it decides to attack Ukraine from the north.
The time we are given, we use it to the full to improve our defence capabilities, in particular the training of personnel, units, and headquarters. They have to constantly improve the training of personnel and prepare for possible future actions," stresses Sergei Naev.
The training involves forces and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, the State Border Service, the Security Service and the National Police.
Nayev also added that the air defence forces in the Northern operating zone have effective equipment. According to him, all the forces are equipped with appropriate missiles.
As previously reported by the Joint Forces Command of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the threat from the north against Ukraine is very low.
