Zelensky's team may unveil peace plan in February - Wall Street Journal

Kiev and Moscow are now working to gain a better position ahead of future negotiations.
The Wall Street Journal reported this, citing European and Ukrainian diplomats
The peace plan is now being fleshed out. Ideas will be presented on or close to the first anniversary of the Russian invasion on 24 February.
But it is clear that Ukraine's position in any possible negotiations will depend on its position on the battlefield. After all, the peace plan will surely require significant concessions from Moscow.
Kiev therefore wants to prepare for possible peace talks by winning military victories.
During his visit to the US, Zelensky told the US Congress
Russia could stop its aggression if it wanted to, but you can hasten our victory.
The Ukrainian president also said that when talking to Biden his priority was to get more weapons.
Experts believe that both Kiev and Moscow are now working to gain the upper hand in preparation for what many see as inevitable negotiations, although it is unclear when those negotiations might come
