- The occupiers declared the city of Balaklia "part of the Belgorod region"

On June 5, the Russian occupiers declared the city of Balakleya in the Kharkiv region "part of the Belgorod region" of the Russian Federation.
This was announced by the administrator of the local community in the social network, which will cover the events after the full-scale Russian invasion, Suspilne writes.
We do not believe that the situation is directly hushed up, sometimes they say, many people know that the city is under occupation. But the residents of the city want to hear support, firstly, from the leadership of the region, from the top of the government. People are beginning to despair, - said the interlocutor.
Balakleya, according to him, has been cut off from communication with Ukraine since May 8, occupiers forbid the import of food and medicine.
From all sides they say that soon there will be rubles in circulation and employees of enterprises, institutions, business representatives should work under Russian leadership. Pensions will also be calculated in rubles. Balakley residents, who literally became hostages of occupiers, must look for a way to survive and earn at least some money in order to purchase food and basic necessities, the community says.
