The court closed the case against Vadim Titushko, and he went to the front

Recall that the man, whose name was later called "titushki", Vadim Titushko was charged with robbery and illegal possession of a vehicle. The pre-trial investigation has been ongoing since 2018, the case was sent to court in 2020. The publication "Strana" reports that the Brovarsky city court of the Kyiv region closed the case.

The case was closed due to the fact that the prosecutor sent an indictment to the court in violation of the deadlines established for this, which directly entails the closure of criminal proceedings, - said Titushko's lawyer Alexander Tananakin.

Vadym Titushko's lawyer said that his client plans to file a lawsuit against Ukraine with the ECHR. Titushko will seek fair compensation for the harm caused.

Tananakin added that Titushko has served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since the beginning of a full-scale war.
