The deportation of Ukrainian children is one of Russia's many war crimes.

The head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Malyuk, has said:

The forcible deportation of Ukrainian children to the rf is one of Russia's many crimes. And Putin must surely be held personally responsible for them.

The SBU is working on more than 31,000 proceedings for war crimes and other Russian crimes committed in Ukraine against international humanitarian law:

We're doing everything we can to show the world not emotion, but a clear evidence base that will eventually bring Putin to a deserved end in the dock.

Earlier on Friday, 17 March, the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, Russia's Children's Commissioner.
