ISW: Russia continues preparations for new offensive

The enemy continues to reinforce its grouping in Donbass.
A Russian offensive over the next few months is the most likely, the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) has reported.
Earlier, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said there was no indication that Moscow was preparing for peace talks and that everything pointed to the opposite, experts said.
The ISW report noted that it said Russia could mobilise up to 200,000 troops and continues to buy arms and ammunition through increased domestic production and partnerships with authoritarian states such as Iran and North Korea.
At the same time, Russian war correspondents continue to prepare the media space for Russia to go on the attack again. It is noted that Russia has not deployed all reserves based on the current pace and nature of Russian operations.
