NATO secretary general calls for more tanks in Ukraine as Russia prepares new offensives

Stoltenberg believes there are no signs that Putin is ready for peace.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said so in an interview with the German publication Welt.
According to Stoltenberg, there is no indication that Putin is ready for peace. On the contrary, he is ready to send tens of thousands of soldiers to the slaughter to achieve his goals.
He has mobilised over 200,000 troops, plans to mobilise more, and is actively working to get more weapons from other authoritarian states such as Iran and North Korea. We know that Russia is planning new offensives, and we need to be prepared for them. That is why it is so important that we continue to step up our support for Ukraine.
In view of this information, the NATO Secretary General is asking partner countries to give Ukraine as many tanks as possible.
Stoltenberg also believes that the risk of Russia using nuclear weapons is low for now.
When asked when the war in Ukraine will end, Stoltenberg replied: "Nobody knows when this war will end. What we do know is that if you want peace tomorrow, you must support Ukraine today. It sounds strange, but the way to peace is through arms supply.
