In Ukraine students and teachers of vocational schools will not be mobilized


On June 12, Law No. 7272 on exemption from mobilization of students and teachers of vocational schools came into force in Ukraine.
360 deputies voted for the law, with the minimum required 226, Ukrainian News Agency reports .
The document, signed by the President, was published in the official publication "Voice of Ukraine".
These are recipients and teachers of vocational or vocational education. The deferral will be given to vocational school students enrolled in full-time or dual form of education.
Teachers receive a deferment if they work in the relevant institution as their main place of work for at least 0.75 of the rate.
The explanatory note notes that the purpose and objective of the document is to equalize the rights of students and teachers of institutions of vocational (vocational) education with students and teachers of institutions of higher education by granting all these categories an equal right to deferment from military service during mobilization, which will ensure the restoration of Ukraine by filling the market with specialists, including skilled workers.
