In Bakhmut, a teenager who was handing over positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the Russians was detained


In Bakhmut, the SBU detained a teenager who is suspected of transferring information about the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the invaders.
The teenager faces five to eight years in prison. He has chosen a measure of restraint in the form of detention with the alternative of making bail. This was reported in the information policy department of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
According to the investigation, in June-August 2022, the guy cooperated with representatives of the aggressor state. In particular, the offender transmitted to the enemy through the messenger the coordinates of the locations and combat positions of the artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Bakhmut and the Bakhmut district, the prosecutor's office of the Donetsk region reported.
Prosecutors of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office also spoke about the progress of the proceedings.
Currently, the procedural leadership of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office informed the minor resident of Bakhmut about suspicion of unauthorized dissemination of information about the movement and location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the possibility of their identification on the ground during martial law. We are talking about part 2 of article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), the prosecutor's office said.
The court chose a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of detention with the alternative of making bail for 148,860 hryvnias.
