"Grow up!" - Budanov named the main risk for preserving independent Ukraine

Head of the Office of the President, Lieutenant General Kirill Budanov had harsh words for evaders and "fighters against the TCC": grow up.
He said this in an interview with Ukrinform.
Look, we have a terrible problem in our society. We have a hero - the one who is fighting on the front, spilling blood. Everyone kneels when they carry coffins. And we also have a hero - the one who records a video "as I, excuse me, sent to three letters TCC" or "as I ran across the border" - and you dumb people stay here. And they're both heroes at the same time! This is a terrible problem. It shows the lack of unity," Budanov noted.
He also added that if this situation continues in society, "we will not get far.
If we continue to have a situation where a hero is a warrior and a defender, but also a hero and an evader, we will not get far," he said.
The Lieutenant General also advised to grow up and look at the situation from the outside.
Grow up, please, look at the world, well, try to look from the outside. What will happen if everyone becomes an evader? Will Ukraine remain on the political map of the world? No, it won't. So that there is not even a thought: no, it will not remain. It won't exist, there won't even be such a name. And there will be no one to live here: many people think in vain that it will be alright: these people are like that, and others will come - somehow we will solve it. No, you won't. Absolutely not. They will take everything," Budanov added.
As Socialportal wrote, in Ukraine, attacks on representatives of the TCC have become more frequent, including those with fatal results. However, there have been no clear condemnations of these crimes from the authorities, in particular, the President of Ukraine, the head of the Verkhovna Rada, the Prime Minister, nor have there been clear messages regarding the need for mobilisation.
For example, earlier in Prykarpattya, veteran Oleksandr Lysyi was beaten up for wearing a military uniform. In Mykolaiv, a man stabbed a law enforcer and a TCK serviceman. Also in Lviv, a man with a knife fatally wounded a serviceman.
According to the authorities, there are about 2 million evaders in Ukraine. At the same time, the Defence Ministry is preparing a mobilization reform.
