General Staff explains how occupiers encourage their soldiers to advance

Occupiers are promised money for every kilometre of Ukraine they capture.
This is stated in a briefing by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Thus, the General Staff states that the Russian occupant command promises additional payments to its soldiers for each kilometre of captured Ukrainian territory.
Additionally, Russians are promised allegedly daily allowances for taking part in assault actions against Ukraine.
It is worth noting that despite all attempts at motivation, the morale of Russian soldiers is quite low. More and more videos are appearing online of units complaining that they are being left to "die" without ammunition and food. Russians complain of poor conditions.
The number of videos with complaints increased just as the Russians mobilised last autumn arrived at the front.
