Европейский суд по правам человека принял иск Украины против РФ


The European Court of Human Rights accepted the complaint of Ukraine against Russia.
This is stated on the website of the ECtHR .
The interstate case “Ukraine v. Russia (X)” (Application No. 11055/22) concerns allegations by the Government of Ukraine of massive and gross violations of human rights committed by the Russian Federation in the course of military operations on the territory of Ukraine since February 24, 2022. On June 23, 2022, the European Court of Human Rights received the completed application form in this case. The President of the Court appointed the case for consideration in the Fourth Section and notified the respondent state of the application , the report said.
Ukraine accuses the Russian Federation of military aggression, attacks on civilians and other human rights violations.
In total, the ECHR is considering five complaints from Ukraine against the Russian Federation and 8,500 individual lawsuits related to the war.
