Collaborator-priest will be judged in Sumy region


The priest handed out food, gave away his car, and idealized the occupiers in front of the Parthians of the church.
This was reported in the procurator of the Sumy region.
During the occupation of the Konotop region, the clergyman collected food from the parishioners, which he handed over to representatives of the armed formations of the aggressor country. Moreover, he provided the Russian military with the use of his car to move around the village, the report says.
The priest denied that the Russians were shelling civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.
The priest faces the maximum term of imprisonment - 3-5 years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for 10 - 15 years with confiscation of property.
