Bulgaria may sell large quantities of ammunition to Ukraine through intermediaries

The ammunition will be handed over to a military factory and from there it will be taken to Ukraine by intermediaries.
Former Bulgarian Defence Minister Boyko Noev said this in an interview with bTV, Euroactiv reported.
According to him, Bulgaria's transfer of a large amount of ammunition could have a significant impact on the course of the war.
The Bulgarian Defense Ministry wants to transfer old ammunition worth nearly 175 million euros to the state military plant VMZ. In return they would get new ammunition.
This way it will be easier to supply old ammunition from the warehouses of the Bulgarian army to Ukraine.
This is the biggest rearmament of the Bulgarian land forces in the modern history. It's a huge amount of ammunition - hundreds of thousands. There is a huge increase in the price of ammunition, and VMZ will sell this ammunition through intermediaries to Ukraine.
According to official information, Bulgaria has a lot of Soviet-standard ammunition that the Ukrainian army needs for tanks, howitzers, anti-tank grenade launchers, Soviet multiple rocket launchers, AK-47 assault rifles and much more.
