Wiretapping at Zaluzhnyy's place: SBU commented

The SBU has opened criminal proceedings over the discovery of a technical device in one of the potential locations of AFU commander-in-chief Valeriy Zaluzhnyyy. About it reports the SBU.

Criminal proceedings opened under article 359 part 2 (illegal acquisition, sale or use of special technical means of obtaining information) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

We emphasise that the technique was found not directly in the office of Valery Zaluzhny, but in one of the premises, which could be used by him in the future for work, - stressed the special service.

According to preliminary data, the detected device was not in working condition.

No means of accumulating information or means of remote transmission of audio recordings were found. This technical device will be submitted for examination, - reported in the SBU.

The SBU officers are taking all the measures envisaged to investigate this offence.
