Zaluzhny said whether Europe is ready for a long war with Russia

Russia is actively producing armaments, putting the economy on "military rails".
European countries are not ready for a long war with Russia. This was stated by the Ukrainian ambassador to the UK and former AFU commander-in-chief Valeriy Zaluzhnyy in an interview with Ukrayinska Pravda.
He pointed out that Russia possesses a large amount of military equipment, which it accumulated before the war and continues to produce non-stop at its numerous military enterprises. In particular, Zaluzhny suggested recalling how often the Russians hit Ukrainian energy facilities in October.
Look, in October Ukraine received, I think, 1,643 "shaheds" on its civilian energy facilities, about 200 more missiles. And that number is going to grow. Already this month alone, if we count the number of Shaheds and missiles that have attacked civilian facilities in our country, it already reaches three thousand. And the month is not over yet," Zaluzhny said.
The diplomat noted that it is very expensive to shoot down such targets. In addition, the production of air defence systems takes time and therefore it is impossible to produce them on a "conveyor". He stressed that the countries of Europe do not have air defence systems in sufficient quantity for long-term air defence.
Neither Britain nor the countries of Europe would be prepared for possible military action against Russia. Despite the fact that there are a sufficient number of F-16 aircraft there, which have remarkable air defence capabilities. But the enemy will be able to completely defuse the air defence system of European countries in 2-3 months," Zaluzhny said.
He emphasised that drones are not the only problem European countries will face in case of war and noted that Russia has many heavy missiles.
"Does a European country or the same Britain today have at least 5,000 missiles to Patriot systems to shoot down guided aerial bombs? I doubt it, Zaluzhny said.
He emphasised that the production of missiles is also very costly, so it is problematic to produce them in large quantities in Europe.
He also pointed out that Russians often lie, spread disinformation and try to distort the world picture in every possible way, including for Europeans. According to Zaluzhny, Europe is frankly losing the information battle.
Zaluzhny added that he does not see any state that could get involved in a long war with the Russian Federation. Including, as Zaluzhny pointed out, China is not ready for this either.
