The AFU liberated a populated area in Donetsk region

This was reported by Deputy Defence Minister Anna Malyar.

According to her, the Defence Forces are consolidating their positions. Forward movement continues.

In the Bakhmut direction we are moving forward. On the northern flank, the enemy is trying to repel the lost positions. And on the southern flank we are successfully advancing," Malyar wrote in Telegram.

She added that the main battles continue in the areas of Andreevka, Kurdyumovka, Kleshchyivka.

Clarified: Hanna Malyar later edited her message. She removed "Our Andriivka" and noted that the situation in the settlement is "very difficult and changeable."

Earlier Socialportal reported that the AFU entered the village of Novomayorskoye in Donetsk region, which is located near Ugledar.
