VAKS seizes all Ukrainian assets from Russian oligarch Rotenberg and his son
Among the lost assets is the Ocean Plaza shopping centre in Kiev.
This is stated in a ruling of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court.
According to the ruling, the SACS confiscates assets of Russian oligarch Arkady Rotenberg and his son Igor in connection with the application of Ukrainian sanctions. Among the confiscated assets is the Ocean Plaza shopping centre in Kiev.
To seize to the state assets for which Arkady Rotenberg, Igor Rotenberg, Alexander Ponomarenko and Alexander Skorobagatenko have committed actions identical to the right to dispose of them, namely a share in the amount of 100% of the share capital of LLC Avangard-Vilarti and a 66.65% stake in LLC Investment Union Lybid.
It is worth recalling that Russian oligarch Arkady Rotenberg, his son Igor and Russian billionaires Aleksandr Skorobogatko and Aleksandr Ponomarenko own the shopping and entertainment centre Ocean Plaza. They owned it through the Lybid Investment Union LLC (the founder is Avangard-Vilarti LLC, while the owners of this company are listed as the Cypriot companies Ocean plaza project and Ethoder Investments Limited).
