The Ministry of Defense told whether Belarus could attack Ukraine

Belarus has deployed Iskander tactical missile systems on the border with Ukraine. However, this is more of a showcase.
There are Russian troops in about ten settlements of Belarus, Hromadske writes with reference to the speaker of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Motuzyanyk.
I will say right away about the Russian troops: they are there. I won't tell you the exact number, but Russian units are deployed. There are about ten settlements where there are servicemen of the Russian army,” he said.
The Iskander complexes deployed on the territory of Belarus bear the risk of missile attacks on Ukraine.
Belarus threatens to increase the number of its armed forces to 80,000 soldiers, but still, the defense department of Ukraine does not see the creation of a powerful group in Belarus in the near future.
These are rather demonstration actions, in particular, by units of the Russian army. And the main goal is to pull our forces away, to prevent them from being transferred to other areas,” Motuzyanyk believes.
