Forced evacuation of children was announced due to the appeal of Zaporizhzhya OVA.
This was reported by the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
At a meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the mandatory evacuation of the population under martial law, a decision was taken on the mandatory relocation of children to safer regions.
The participants of the meeting unanimously voted in favour of compulsory evacuation of children with their parents, substitutes or other legal representatives from certain settlements of Vasilievskyi and Polohovskyi districts of Zaporizhzhya region, which are located near the areas of hostilities, - reported in the Ministry of Reintegration.
Evacuation is carried out in the city of Gulyaypol, urban-type settlement Stepnogorsk and villages Preobrazhenka, Egorovka, Novopavlovka.
According to calculations, 54 children and 67 accompanying persons (family members) should be evacuated from these settlements. Also, mandatory evacuation will apply to immobile people living in certain settlements of Zaporizhzhya region.
