Russians shell Kharkiv with S-300s in the morning

In Kharkiv Region, over the past 24 hours, two women were killed and one more was wounded due to the shelling of the town of Dvurechnaya, Kupyansk district. She was hospitalized in a moderate condition. Also in Kupyansk district, a 29-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman were wounded as a result of the occupant attack. Their condition is also moderate, the head of Kharkiv OVA, Oleh Sinehubov, said.

Earlier, First Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Japarova said that damage to Ukraine's civil and critical infrastructure exceeded $127bn.
