The fire from the explosion engulfed warehouses on an area of 10,000 square meters. In the process, one man was injured. A fragment of a rocket wounded him in the head, according to the Odessa regional prosecutor's office.
The Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case on this fact. It concerns the article on the violation of the laws and customs of warfare. After all, no military facilities are located near the impact site.
Law enforcement officers are carrying out primary investigative actions. Also, during the inspection of the scene, fragments from the rocket mechanism were found and seized, the department added, specifying that rescuers continue to extinguish the fire in the warehouse.
It is known that they attacked Odessa from Tu-95 strategic aircraft. X-101 rockets were launched by the invaders from Stavropol. The blast wave also damaged nearby buildings - their windows were knocked out and the ceiling was damaged.
Later, law enforcement officers detained two people who filmed the “arrival” with particular “interest”. This was told by the representative of the Odessa Regional Military Administration Sergey Bratchuk on the air of the telethon.
According to Bratchuk, one of them generally behaved inappropriately. Correspondence with the Russians was found in his phone.
The police confirmed that when examining the man's mobile phone, they found many photographs of roadblocks, military personnel, and infrastructure facilities.
