Russia hit the Dnieper: 8 people killed, among them a child born in 2023


Dnipro was attacked by Russians on the night of 2 June, there are dead and dozens of wounded.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration (OBA) Alexander Ganzha in his Telegram-channel, UNIAN reports.
As of 10 am, Ganzha reported 8 dead in Dnipro as a result of the Russian attack. Another 35 were injured, among them there are children. 22-year-old guy, 71-year-old woman in serious condition. 24 people, among them a 16-year-old guy and a 13-year-old girl, were hospitalised in a state of average severity.
Medics were unable to save two people: a 73-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man, whose injuries from the Russian attack on the city were too severe, died in hospital.
The body of a child born in 2023, who died because of the Russian strike, was pulled out of the rubble of a destroyed four-storey building on the morning of 2 June.
According to the head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, more than 50 houses and more than 2 thousand windows were damaged. Rescuers continue to work on the site.
In Dnipro partially destroyed apartment buildings, damaged businesses, fire station, garages, destroyed cars, - said in the message Ganja.
Later in the state emergency service specified that during the work of the units the occupants struck again, resulting in the death of a rescuer.
