In the war, Russia does not shun anything: it commits crimes against civilians, uses forbidden weapons.

This is reported by the Telegram channel SPRAVDI.

Journalists from The New York Times analyzed about a thousand photographs of ammunition and their fragments found in Ukraine. In total, more than two thousand ammunition was found. Of these, more than 210 are prohibited by international treaties.

Almost all of these relate to cluster munitions and their submunitions, which can pose a serious threat to civilians for decades after the end of the war. More than 330 other munitions were used against or near civilian targets, according to the newspaper.
