More than 416 thousand explosive objects have been neutralised since the beginning of the invasion - State Emergency Situations Ministry

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the State Emergency Service pyrotechnics have defused more than 416 thousand explosive objects, including aerial bombs.
This was announced by the speaker of the State Emergency Situations Service of Ukraine, Oleksandr Khorunzhiy, at a briefing at the Military Media Centre.
We have a total of more than 64 thousand involvement of pyrotechnic units since 24 February, seized and defused 416 660 units of explosive objects, - said Khorunzhyi
According to him, 3,062 aerial bombs are among the neutralised munitions.
In general, since 24 February, pyrotechnicians have checked the territory of 91,889 hectares for explosives, of which 132 hectares have been cleared with the help of mechanised demining machines. Most of the work is done in Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
We shall remind you that, according to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, landmining is one of the reasons for the slowdown of the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian armed forces. Russian invaders were replacing 200,000 square kilometres of Ukrainian territory.
