Russia has significant conscription problems - British intelligence

The department reports that this year the conscription cycle in Russia will begin a month later than usual, from November 1, 2022.

The late start of the cycle indicates growing pressure on Russia's ability to train and equip large numbers of new conscripts, British intelligence said.

Experts say that Russia is significantly lacking in administrative and logistical resources. This complicates the provision of mobilized and conscripts. In addition, scouts predict a deterioration in the medical supply of the Russian military due to mass mobilization.
