Russians cannot take full control of Bakhmut - Malyar

According to the Defence Ministry, the Russians have thrown their best resources at Bakhmut and, despite everything, are unable to take control of the town.
Ukrainian Deputy Defence Minister Anna Malyar told a briefing at the Military Media Centre.
According to her, the enemy has concentrated its main efforts in the Bakhmut direction. Fierce fighting continues there so far.
Despite the fact that the enemy has concentrated its most professional units in Bakhmut - these include the Wagnerians, airborne assault detachments, and special forces - the Russians cannot achieve their goal there, i.e. take full control of Bakhmut," Anna Malyar said.
She stressed that the Russians are suffering huge losses, but the invaders are not stopping.
According to Malyar, fierce fighting also continues in Marinka, Avdiyivka and in the Limansk direction.
