Reznikov noted that the Ukrainian troops were tired after the six-day attack. Still, morale was high because "the Ukrainians wanted to launch this counteroffensive, we needed this counteroffensive, and this is a sign that Russia can be defeated."
He also said that the counter-offensive in southern Ukraine is moving more slowly.
