Putin also announced his readiness to negotiate, but will not discuss the status of the new annexed territories.

Recall that today President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is convening an emergency meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, and Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said that fundamental decisions would be made for Ukraine.
