On September 21, Mikhail returned to Ukraine as a result of an exchange of prisoners of war.

The defender of Mariupol returned from captivity very exhausted due to malnutrition and injury. In addition, Mikhail's arm did not grow together, now 4 centimeters of bone are missing. This was told by Mikhail's sister Alena Lavrushko.

The bone is shattered. It turns out that he continued to fight with such a wound, - says Alena Lavrushko.

Mikhail was wounded in the leg and arm, but it is not yet known whether the leg will require treatment. The first priority is the hand.

The doctor in the military hospital looked. While the operation will not be carried out, but first of all, what he needs is to gain weight. This is the main one, because his physical condition does not allow him to perform the operation now. It could be dangerous for his health. Therefore, he must now recover, gain strength, - the defender's sister said.

Now Mikhail will undergo a long rehabilitation. After recovery, they must operate on the arm, which lacks 4 centimeters of bone.

The family expresses its gratitude to the Ukrainians that in such a short time they managed to raise funds for the restoration of Mikhail.
