It is reported that people can be heard screaming from under the rubble.
Dnipro mayor Boris Filatov said that the rubble would be cleared overnight
He also noted that communications at the site were poor, the entire area was completely de-energized and disconnected from life support systems.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are already preparing an answer to the orcs for Dnipro.
