Russian military attack Avdeevka, people killed

On Saturday, 14 January, Russian invaders attacked Avdiyivka and other populated areas of Donetsk Region, killing 5 people, the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office has said on its page:

The Russian military once again shelled residential areas of Avdeevka, Kurakhovka settlement and Staraya Nikolaevka village with barrel artillery and Grad MLRS. As a result of the invaders' attack, five people were killed and five more were wounded with varying degrees of severity

The head of the Avdiivka city military administration, Vitaliy Barabash, specified that three civilians are now known dead, two of whom were born in 1980 and 1985. Three other wounded people received medical treatment.

Once again, the Russians have shown their true brutal nature by brutally attacking the civilian population of Avdiivka. This morning and afternoon, the fiends used Grad missiles and barrel artillery to launch several massive strikes on Avdiivka - hitting all parts of the city

Barabash added that the shelling of the city continues. Information about all casualties and destruction is being clarified.
