Law enforcers reported suspicion of another participant and organiser of a "blogging party" at which girls were abused.

This was reported by the Kiev regional prosecutor's office.

The organizer and a third participant of the so-called drunken parties have been notified of suspicion of committing violent acts of a sexual nature without the victim's voluntary consent (part 3 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, at one of the "parties" the suspects took advantage of the helpless state of a girl with whom they had been drinking alcohol. But they committed violent acts of a sexual nature, filming everything on a mobile phone.

The filmed material was posted by the suspects on social media on the same day.

It was also established that on another day a blogger, previously suspected of making, possessing and distributing images of a pornographic nature, had persuaded a minor to participate in a "blogging party" stream. Having waited until the girl was intoxicated, he committed non-consensual violent acts of a sexual nature against the minor.

Law enforcers recall that a group of young men regularly created sexually violent content involving women. The videos were then posted on Telegram feeds and social networks, leaving derogatory messages and comments.

Previously, the organizer and other participants of these meetings had been reported on suspicion of producing, storing and distributing pornographic images (Part 3, Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

These bloggers are being held in custody on the request of the prosecutor's office. A petition for a similar preventive measure for the third suspect has been submitted to the court.
