"Qirim News" published a document addressed to the transport company "TRANSCARGO" from the military commissariat. It refers to the organization of the call for mobilization, the new rules for crossing the Kerch bridge and the restriction of exit.

To travel outside the Republic of Crimea, drivers and persons accompanying the cargo from among those liable for military service must have a written permission from the military commissariat with the obligatory indication of the date of return, the document says.
