It will not be possible to refuse such an evacuation.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Reintegration.

The Ministry of Reintegration is working on a project that would introduce the mandatory evacuation of children with their parents from active combat zones. Such evacuations cannot be waived, however.

The draft would give the OVA, in consultation with the military command authorities and the Coordination Headquarters for Compulsory Evacuation, the right to decide on the compulsory evacuation of children with their parents or persons in loco parentis.

If parents cannot take care of their children's safety, the state will do so.

It is worth recalling that police earlier reported - about 40 children still remain in Bakhmut. Their evacuation continues.
