Kuleba reveals conditions under which Ukraine will receive ATACMS missiles and Western tanks

According to Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, he has confidence that the allies will hand Ukraine Western-style tanks, ATACMS missiles and modern strike drones in 2023. But everything will depend on the situation on the battlefield.
He said that the provision of Patriot air defence systems to Ukraine was a psychological turning point in the issue of military assistance.
When we started talking about Patriot with the Americans, we heard "no." And the fact that it happened is another evidence that another taboo has been broken, another wall has come down. And I do not think that other topics will be more difficult than Patriot.
It is worth noting that Western politicians and military experts have repeatedly said that Western tanks and long-range missiles should be handed over to Ukraine.
