The main condition: the Kremlin must withdraw its troops from Ukrainian territory.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this in an interview with NDTV.

There are only two such conditions: it is necessary for the Kremlin's opinion to change and for Russian troops to withdraw from Ukrainian territory.

The G20 brings different countries together, but none of them, except Russia, wants war. So to end the war in Ukraine, two things have to be done - opinion in the Kremlin has to change, and powers like India can help with that. And Moscow has to abandon its military plans and move from inciting war to a peaceful line of thinking. Second, Russia has to withdraw its troops from the whole of Ukraine.

At the same time, Kuleba points out that there are still many issues that need to be resolved.
