Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine exposed the persons who helped the Russians.
This was reported by the press service of the SBU.
Russian agents were neutralized in the Donetsk region. For money, the saboteurs informed the Russians about the locations of the Ukrainian military and planned to help the enemy shell Ukrainian cities.
The attackers set the coordinates of urban infrastructure facilities, collected information about the deployment and movement of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the region, the SBU says.
Collaborators transmitted information to the enemy through social networks. In return, they received a monetary reward.
SBU officers located and detained enemy informants. They seized the means of communication with evidence of criminal acts, and one of the attackers had an AK-74 Kalashnikov assault rifle, the department added.
