In Ukraine, they want to change the term of study in universities

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine presented the draft Plan for the Restoration of Education and Science.

The MES noted that it is necessary to change the duration of the educational program rigidly fixed in the legislation. The Ministry of Education and Science is confident that this is one of the main problems in the system of higher education in Ukraine.

The system of flexibility of the educational process in universities, which they want to introduce in the Ministry of Education and Science, implies the possibility of completing a bachelor's program from 2 to 6 years, and a master's program from 1 to 4 years.

The Ministry of Education and Science believes that the transition to a more flexible system of length of study at universities will help reduce the average age of entry into the labor market for specialists with higher education.

Recall that earlier the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that a lifeguard was assigned to each educational institution in the region, who will also be responsible for whether the institution is ready for the new academic year.
