Russia targeted a bus in Nikopol: there are dead and wounded

According to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, the impact occurred during rush hour, when people are travelling to work. The bus was just approaching the stop - people were both in the cabin and at the stop.
This was not a random strike. It was a deliberate terror against civilians. Against people who were just going about their business, - emphasise the OSA.

Also, the State Service for Emergency Situations reported that rescuers together with medics managed to unblock and save 7 people.
